You received this message because you provided your mobile number to your healthcare provider and indicated that you’d like to receive SMS updates. RXnotify uses secure text messaging to alert you when a prescription is sent to the pharmacy and to share any available discounts.

To get started, simply click the link in the text message you receive from your provider. You’ll be asked to enter your date of birth to securely access your prescription details. From there, you can view pharmacy information, see available discounts, and download your prescription savings card. Show the card at the pharmacy if it offers a better price than your insurance.

Absolutely. To opt out of receiving text message updates about your prescriptions, simply reply “STOP” to the text message you received.

Yes! Your RXnotify card is reusable and can be used for other people—even pets—if the medication is eligible. Just present it at the pharmacy.

Yes—for your security, RXnotify allows up to 8 attempts to enter your date of birth correctly. After that, the link will expire and you’ll no longer be able to access your prescription information from that message.

 

This does not affect your prescription or pharmacy submission. If you’ve already saved your discount card, you can still use it at the pharmacy.

 

If you think your date of birth was entered incorrectly by your provider, please reach out to their office to update your information.

For security purposes, your RXnotify link is active for 14 days from the time your prescription is submitted. After that, the link will expire and you won’t be able to access your prescription or savings information through it.

 

We recommend saving your savings card to your device so you can continue to use it at the pharmacy—even after the link expires.
